At Let It Go Psychological Services we help children, adolescents, adults, and families overcome their challenges.  

Let It Go provides individualized psychological treatment. This means that your program of treatment will be designed especially for you. You will collaborate with your therapist to design a treatment program that meets your unique needs. We specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults, offering parenting support, and providing family therapy.  

Using CBT and other related evidence-based psychological therapies (attachment, DBT, and EFT) we will support people of all ages by helping you understand and challenge problematic thoughts and actions.
