AlwaysThere offers connecting directly with a Kids Help Phone counsellor five days a week. Can also be useful for adolescents to journal their feelings and get tips on stress management stress. It comes with a family sharing function that allows for up to six family members to use this app

Breathe2relax can be helpful for stress management. It provides information on the effects of stress on the body and practice exercises to help users learn the stress management skill called diaphragmatic breathing. Breathe2Relax comes with the option of using HealthKit in tandem with your Apple Watch device to measure your heart rate throughout your breathing exercise.

Calm is a meditation app that can be used for children and adults alike. The “sleep” function helps the user fall asleep easier. There’s a special section for “Calm kids”.

Calm Harm helps teens resist or manage the urge to self-harm. Using the basic principles of an evidence-based therapy called Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) it allows personalising of the app and tracking of progress.

Conscious (iOS or Android) allows users to stimulate and encourage increased awareness in their normal daily activities. For those that are on “autopilot” it may offer a way to increase self-awareness by engaging in small challenges on daily basis.

Mindfulness for Children is a kid-friendly app that provides relaxing sounds of nature to help children calm down and improve focus and concentration. Users are taken through body scans, visualizations and breathing exercises that they can use at school, during sports, or anytime they are feeling anxious or overwhelmed.

MindShift allows teens and young adults cope with anxiety. Helps users to relax and learn strategies to target anxiety.

Mood Manager provides a simple and practical way to manage and track user’s mood over time.

PanicAttacks? Provides general information about panic attacks and voice guided relaxation sessions.

Our Pact service for parents for setting time based restrictions on iOS and Android devices. Helpful to regulate how much time children spend on their electronic devices. Parents can install it on a child's device, and control the settings from their device or from a web site to set device schedules, bedtimes, and grant or block access to apps.

Optimism (iOS) a mood charting app that helps tracking users’ feelings and provides strategies for managing depression, bipolar disorder or other mood disorders.

Sleep Away provides a series of guided meditations and reminders that gently leads users to go to sleep. It contains a few sounds that users can listen to while you fall asleep (heater, rain and campfire). The app contains a timer that will automatically shut off sound after it counts down.
